How to Cancel Your Order Yourself (Statuses before "Delivering"):
- Go to your Personal Account in the "My Orders" section.
- Select the order you need.
- Click on "Order Details".
- At the bottom, under the list of items, you will find the "Cancel Order" button.
Please select a cancellation reason to help us improve:
- Purchsed the products myself
- Important products are unavailable
- Delivery time isn't convenient
- Can't meet the courier
- Other (with the option to leave a comment)
