The most common problems when paying by Visa/Mastercard on the site faced by customers:
- Online payment limit - this problem can be solved as follows: first, open your online banking from which you made the payment and check the "online payment" section. In this section, change the amount by yourself if the functionality of the banking allows it, or contact the hotline of your bank to change the online payment limit.
- Temporary or permanent blocking of the card - contact the hotline of your bank, from which you were trying to make a payment, to solve the problem.
- If you clicked on the link and can't make a payment, contact https://easypay.ua/ua/contacts support. For orders from METRO stores, please contact the support service, Liqpay.
- You received a link, and it does not load - contact the hotline Zakaz.ua 0800 20 20 20, so we can help solve this issue.
Please note, if the payment is made from a foreign bank card (from abroad) there may be difficulties in payment, when the amount for your order may be "blocked" (written off from your card) due to security measures or other reasons rejected, then the funds will be returned back to your card in full. Also, sometimes this instruction may apply to Ukrainian banks as well.
