- Special Focus on Freshness: For "Super Fresh" items (prepared foods, fresh meat/fish, fruits/vegetables, herbs, and non-vacuum-packed deli items), you must also check the appearance and quality on the spot.
- Hassle-Free Instant Refusal: If an item does not comply with the order conditions (it’s damaged, the wrong assortment, or poor quality), you have the right to refuse it and immediately return it to the courier at the time of delivery. Crucial: Immediate return to the courier is mandatory to process the refusal.
2. Returns After Acceptance: Our Flexible Approach
- Food/Perishables: Purchased food products of proper quality are non-returnable after acceptance.

Non-Food Items: You may return them within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, and its commercial appearance, seals, and labels are preserved.
- The item is not included in the List of Non-Returnable Goods.
- Hidden Defects: If you discover hidden defects or the product is of improper quality, we guarantee your right to return it in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
