Formalizing the Agreement:
- Download the Commission Agreement and the Accession Application.
- Choose a method: Sign the Application using your Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) via VCHASNO/M.E.Doc (details: TOV «ZAKAZ.UA», EDRPOU 43890867, e-mail a.kabanets@zakaz.ua) or print and mail the originals (address: 01103, Kyiv, Zaliznychne Shose Str., 2-A, 4th floor).
- Email a copy of the completed Application to 📩 fin@zakaz.ua.

Ordering and Document Flow:
- When placing an order on the website, be sure to select the "cashless payment" option.
- You will receive a PDF invoice. Pay it, specifying in the payment details: «Services under Order №__ of ______ to Commission Agreement №__ of _____».
- Delivery: The courier will deliver your order along with a copy of the fiscal receipt, the original invoice, and the necessary Report-Act.
- Tax Invoices will be available via M.E.Doc.
Important: Alcoholic and tobacco products cannot be paid for using cashless payment and require a separate cash transaction.
Self-Pickup (Pick-up from Store): When collecting your order at the store, you will be required to present your passport and a Power of Attorney (Dovirennist).
