The confirmation code is a unique 4-significant number that is sent to your e-mail after placing an order. For each subsequent order, it will be different, and the code cannot be reused.
For security reasons, you need to voice it to the courier to receive the order. If the code is not announced, the courier is authorized not to issue the order and return it to the store. If the recipient of the order is different, you need to transfer this code to this client yourself.
You can also find the code:
- in a letter by mail - "Your order is confirmed", for any payment method;
- in the letter - "Your order has been successfully paid", comes after payment;
- SMS or Push-notification in the application, if the card payment - "Your order has been successfully paid", comes after the payment;
- SMS or Push-notification in the application, for payment in cash and Bank transfer - "Your order is assembled", comes after the assembly is completed;
- in your personal account in the "My orders" section, under the line with order statuses.
