The confirmation code is your unique 4-digit number that guarantees the safe receipt of your order.
How does it work?
- Code Receipt: The code is sent to your email address immediately after placing the order. It will be different for every new order and cannot be reused.
- Security: For security purposes, you must provide this code to the courier when receiving the order. Without the code, the courier is authorized not to release the order and to return it to the store.
- For Other Recipients: If another person is receiving the order, you must personally forward this code to them.
Where can you find the code?
The code is always available in several locations:
- In the email "Your order is confirmed" (for any payment method).
- In the email "Your order has been successfully paid" (received after payment).
- In your Personal Account under the "My Orders" section (below the order status line).
- In the SMS/Push notification in the app:
- "Your order has been successfully paid" (for card payments).
- "Your order has been assembled" (for non-cash payments, sent after assembly is complete).
