We strive to ensure maximum transparency when placing and fulfilling orders. Please note several important points regarding the formation of the final cost and collection of goods.
Final order amount
The actual cost of the order may differ from the previously calculated one. The final price of the goods is determined during the collection of the order and their processing through the store's cash register. It is at the moment of scanning the goods at the cash register that the final price is formed in accordance with the current cost in the store and the actual weight of the weighed goods.
Promotions and discounts
When placing an order, only those promotions, discounts and special offers that are displayed on the Zakaz.ua website are valid. They may differ from promotions and offers that are valid directly in the physical stores of the chain.
Confirmation of value
After collecting the order, you receive a fiscal receipt from the store, which confirms the actual cost of all purchased goods. The prices indicated in the fiscal receipt are final.
Clarification from the collector
Our collector will contact you (via the application or by phone call) in the following cases:
- if the price per unit of goods has changed by more than 5 UAH;
- if the actual weight of the weighted goods differs from the specified by more than Β±200 g;
- if the selected product is out of stock and a replacement must be agreed upon.
Weighted goods
The actual weight of weighted goods may differ slightly from that specified when placing the order due to the peculiarities of packaging and packing in the store.
Special conditions for orders at METRO
According to the terms of cooperation with the METRO chain, wholesale discounts do not apply to orders placed through our delivery service. The cost of goods is determined by the price current in the store at the time of collection and passing the goods through the cash register, regardless of the number of units in the order.
