Our assemblers adhere to high standards to ensure you receive fresh and correctly packaged products:
- Safe Packaging: We strictly follow cross-contamination rules. Household chemicals are always packaged separately.
- Temperature Control: Frozen and chilled products are transported in thermal boxes to maintain the required temperature.
- Bags: Your order will be packaged in bags of the selected retail chain (paid for separately). The quantity depends on the order volume and product categories.
Communication and Replacements (Under Your Control):
- No Contact: If everything is in stock and the price has not changed, the assembler will not contact you via phone or chat.
- Clarification Needed:
- "Do not assemble..." Option: If a replacement could not be agreed upon, the items that required clarification will not be included in the order.
- "Make replacements..." Option: If contact is unsuccessful, the assembler will independently make a replacement, choosing an item in the same price category.
- Chat Communication: If you select chat as the communication method, you will receive messages about product availability, expiration dates, and proposed replacements.
- Note: Communication time with the assembler is limited to 15 minutes (this information is in the first message). After the chat closes, subsequent messages will not be considered.
Making Changes: If your order status is already "Being assembled", you cannot make changes yourself. Please contact us in the chat 📲, and we will assist you. We are always happy to help!
