Self-pickup is your opportunity to collect your ready order yourself at the store's designated pickup point (at a special spot, parking lot, or checkout) within your chosen time slot.
How to use Pickup?
- Select a store: On the Zakaz.ua main page, choose the retail chain you need.
- Set up delivery: On the store's website, click "Select address" in the top right corner, choose the "Pickup" method, and fill in the fields.

Pickup location: Choose your settlement and a convenient pickup location from the suggested list.
- Important: If your city is not on the list, unfortunately, Pickup is unavailable at this store. You can always choose a different delivery method or another store.
As soon as the order is ready: You will receive an SMS notification with all the details: exact time, store address, specialist phone number, and a confirmation code you'll need to provide upon collection.
Please note: During an air raid siren, the collection and issuance of orders in stores are temporarily suspended.
