What You Can Rate:
- The assembler's work.
- The courier's work.
- Product quality and your overall order experience.
❗ Important: It is not possible to change your rating or comment after submitting the feedback.
Assembly Tip (Gratuity):
- Immediately after feedback: You will be offered to leave an assembly tip (you choose the amount yourself).
- During checkout: You can leave the tip in advance via the Basket, as a percentage of the total product value.
The assembly tip is an additional part of the Courier Service (Zakaz.ua) income for providing delivery services. It is a voluntary contribution by the Client at their own discretion.
Tipping the Courier:
Currently, leaving a tip for the courier online is not available, but you can always thank them with cash upon delivery. We are actively working to add this online feature in the future.
