You can always track the stage of your order in the "My Orders" section of your Personal Account on the website or in the app.
Main Statuses:

In progress - this means that your order has been successfully placed and is currently awaiting confirmation of the data (specify the data in accordance with the warning).
After confirming the information, the order will be transferred to the next stage of processing, i.e. to the queue for collection. - Accepted - this means that all data has been checked, and the order has been confirmed and is already awaiting transfer to the collection stage. In the near future, our employees will begin picking the order. We are doing everything possible to ensure that you receive it on time and in full.
- Being collected - this means that your order has already been taken into work by our picker and is in the process of being collected. At this stage, our pickers check the availability and quality of each product so that your order meets all standards.
- Being collected - this means that your order has already been fully collected by our employee and is currently awaiting its turn at the checkout for further processing.
- Being collected - this means that your order is already at the checkout, being processed by the cashier and being packed for transfer to the courier and further delivery to you.
- (Awaiting payment) after payment (Delivered) - this means that your order is fully completed and closed for changes. At this stage, you can pay for the order using the link provided (if you selected the card payment method).
- Delivered - this means that your order has been transferred to the courier and is already on its way to the specified delivery address. Please wait for the courier at the selected time slot.
- Completed - successfully delivered to the specified address.
