You can always track the stage of your order in the "My Orders" section of your Personal Account on the website or in the app.
Main Statuses:
- Accepted: The order has been successfully placed and is awaiting assembly.
- Being assembled: Our Zakaz.ua employee is actively working to assemble your order quickly and accurately.
- Assembled: The order is fully complete and closed for changes. It is after this status that you will receive a notification about the payment being processed and the final amount (if paying by card on the website).
- Delivery: The order has been handed over to the courier and is on its way to you.
- Completed: The status indicates that the order has been successfully delivered or picked up.
