Delivery of your order directly to the door of your apartment or office is possible only if the elevator in your building is operational.

In such cases, delivery is carried out according to the following rules:
- Orders weighing up to 30 kg: The courier can ascend up to the 5th floor.
- Orders weighing over 30 kg: Delivery is performed to the entrance door of the apartment building or to the main entrance door of the office.

📦 "Nova Poshta" Delivery (Address Delivery)
When choosing address delivery with "Nova Poshta," their "Delivery to Floor" service applies:
- Shipments up to 30 kg: Ascent is carried out without additional charges (included in the delivery cost).
- Shipments over 30 kg: A surcharge is applied according to Nova Poshta's tariffs.
